We're looking for entrants from San Joaquin and Calaveras counties to submit a favorite holiday cookie recipe with a short description, 50 words or less, and a photo as to what makes it a favorite.
Entry deadline: Nov. 26
Come back and vote for your favorite to help select the Reader's Pick prize from November 28-December 9!
Top five contestants will be notified on Nov. 30 and asked to bake and submit samples of their cookies for judging.
EXTENSION: The deadline for entry has been extended to Nov. 30. The top five contestants will be notified before the end of the day Dec. 2.
Taste testing will be held the first week of December and winners announced Dec. 14 in The Record's LENS section.
Finalists will be selected by a panel of area bakers.
