How does it work?
Submit a photo of your child on his or her first day of school. We have two categories for parents and one category for teachers. Come back on Aug. 31 to vote on your favorite photo.
Categories
Pre-K through sixth grade
Seventh grade through 12th grade
Classroom: Teachers can submit photos of their class reading The Record.
Are there prizes?
Yes. The winning entries in our pre-k-sixth and seventh-12th grade categories will get each get a 26 week membership in The Record Press Club (valued at $182) and they will each receive a $50 gift card. The winning classroom will receive a classroom pizza party (valued at $100).
