age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. This contest is
void where prohibited by law. Ballots must be received by January 10th, 2013 at
Midnight. Include full name of businesses, use only standard abbreviations. One
entry per person. Duplicate ballots will be disqualified. Include your name and
address for verification. The Record is not responsible for lost or misdirected
entries. Entries become the property of The Record which reserves the right to
publish answers and comments. Final decisions on ballots, categories and winning
entries will be made by The Record. All "Best of Lodi" entries and winners will
be verified for legitimacy of either the business or individual.
